decision in life....

you knw... being a crazy guy that i am ... i decided to go cycling with Andrew last friday .... he he ... the journey was from .... Bukit Batok ... to ORCHARD RD :)
Of cos ..in between , there were some pitstop in between... some commotions and so on...Who can forget about the free petrol filling.. ha ha .. YES... petrol on andrew's bike... :)
His chain wasa bit stiff.. so decided to oil it with Petrol... half way through the journey... Andrew was full of energy... Joy... declaring his love for his bike... and his so called tiger booster... he he ... until his chain came out... the gear box spoilt.. and when did it gone wrong... AT A SLOPE!!

I was laughing my arse off... ha ha .. so much for tiger booster....

Anyway we eventually did it.. met up with aaron... then had dinner at subway ..at far east...And with our bikes in the resturant... HE HE ... no one dares to stop us.. ( i wonder why)

Eventually cycled home from orchard via holland village via ulu Pandan and bukit timah and home.. :) ( 1 and a half hr.)

Well.... what did i realise....?

In life .. there is always decision to be made.. big one , small one... some whereby we know the results and some of which we dont..

Its actually like cycling... Up the slope , we know we should lower the gear... sometimes we know we should but we go against it... high gear... we drag all the way up.... suffer the tireness... and so on.... then if nothing goes wrong... we be at the down slope soon... If chain drops.. that means something goes wrong.. and so on ...

Think about it... if we stick to the right method.. use the right gear at all time.... dont you think the whole ride will be smoother??

he he .... i am back ... here i am ... pondering ... having tots again ... here we goes...


In our life, it seems like we are always trying to please people around us, be it our families, friends, colleagues etc.... i came to realise that we dont have to do all these... :)

The one and only that we should please is God...


Put it this way .. you can be with a person for years and trying to impress that person day in day out... but it just take one mistake for that person to get upset, offended and hold grudges against you .. On the whole, he or she might seems fine.. you ask him or her, she or he will say ... i am all right.. i am fine... dont worry....and so on.. but do you think he or she really mean it ? who knows???

This is what i learned of late... we owe no one a living and no one owes us or you a living too...
I mean if we are answerable to anyone of our actions... dont you think he or she is controlling us ?
If it is hard to please... then why should we please ?
Think about it :)

Well yesterday was a great day ...
i was thinking of praying for people who i think was in need of a prayer
the prayer goes like this

Abba Father, i pray and ask that you be with my Bro/sis ( name ) throughout and strengthen him/her daily life as he/she works. Let her/him live not by bread alone but also by faith. Amen.

Well i sms those people that i tot of who i think are in need of this prayer .. and the reply from them was just queer..

how stressful is kids nowadays....

well.. i have been teaching in schools for years now... and problematic children? Tons of them ... But sometime i wonder, is it really their fault.. is it something that they want?

I was walking past my voiddeck childcare the other day , it was a saturday afternoon... i saw about 12 kids in there, watching tv.. all aged between 3 to 8 yrs olds.. They are being neglected since such a young age, now if they grow older, become a problem child, who is to be blamed?

I guess they are just seeking attention ? Maybe in a childcare centre, they pay the centre an amount ..and they will get what they want easily... being nuture in this manner, can you blame them for being wierd, rebeilous when they grow older ? I am going to talk about two students from my schools that i am teaching in .. and i really pity both of them.. what future lays for them, no one knows..

This boy has been coached by me for 2 yrs plus now... He has history of being violent ..basically got a problem with anger management.. Trust me, i was choked and kicked at by him before and my flesh was being scratched at by him.. He look normal.. he is a very helpful and nice boy to be with .. Just that if people disturb him , or provoke or challenge him, he will snap... He dont know whats right and whats wrong...

Ever since i was attacked by him, i know and i got the technique of taming him down, all were ok until recently where he threaten my co instructor and he even threaten to jump off the railin..
At that point of time, if the right approach was being used, everything should be fine.. instead, people continue to provoke him and so on.... what do you expect from this poor boy...

Its just like the show , KING KONG... i become his best friend( not saying i am a GAL) And everything is fine, until one day , hunters came, provoke him, and eventually he was forced up there and fell...
By the way , this boy is ok ... just being refered to child pshysiologist...( whatever you spell that )

I am just sad and sorry that this boy future might be affected...
